RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The law (DL 22/05/99. n.185) guarantees you the right to withdraw, for any reason, from the purchase contract.
To exercise this right, you will need to send a simple communication to Amerio di Massari Anna [Amerio Costumi], within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the ordered goods.
At this point, you will only need to wait for communication from Amerio Costumi regarding the return arrangements of the purchased item and proceed with its return, within the next 48 hours.
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
- the right does not apply to AUDIOVISUAL PRODUCTS or SEALED COMPUTER SOFTWARE, once opened;
- the right does not apply to sealed MAKEUP PRODUCTS, once opened;
- the purchased item must be substantially intact and returned carefully packaged in the original packaging, complete with all original parts (including any documentation and accessories);
- by law, shipping costs will be at your expense;
- upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering (the substantial integrity of the returned item is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal).
- Amerio Costumi will refund you the full amount already paid within the legal deadlines (30 working days). It will be your responsibility to promptly provide us with the bank details for the transfer (ABI code - CAB code - Current Account of the invoice holder).

Applicable Law
Every sales contract is deemed concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law.
